problem z silnikiem c180 (111951)

Post autor: goblinp »

Witam serdecznie
Gdy podlaczylem auto do komputera pojawily sie nastepujace bledy:

P0010, camshaft position actuator A- blank 1 circuit malfunction
P0340 camshaft position sensor A-bank 1 circuit malfunction
P0445 EVAP emission control system purge valve C short
P0135 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (blank 1 sensor 1)
P0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (blank 1 sensor 2)

P0010
What does that mean?

A P0010 code refers to the VVT (variable valve timing) or VCT (variable camshaft timing) components and the car's PCM (powertrain control
module). That consists of an oil control valve (OCV), also called a solenoid valve and other components. Basically the check engine light and associated P0010 trouble code means that the voltage in the circuit has fallen below a set limit for a specific amount of time (varies by make/model/engine).

Symptoms
Symptoms may include:

* Check Engine Light illuminated (Malfunction Indicator Lamp)
* Rough running
* other symptoms may also be present

Causes

A code P0010 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

* Faulty oil control valve (OCV)
* Open or short in the VVT/VCT circuit
* Open or short in the OCV / solenoid valve
* Damaged computer (PCM)

Possible Solutions

Some recommended troubleshooting and repair steps are:

* Carefully inspect the Bank 1 VVT/VCT system circuit wiring and connectors, repair as required
* With a warm engine, test the operation of the OCV, replace/repair as needed

P0340
Causes

A code P0340 could mean one or more of the following has happened:

* a wire or connector in the circuit could be grounded/shorted/broken
* the camshaft position sensor may have failed
* the PCM may have failed
* there exists an open circuit
* the crankshaft position sensor may have failed

Possible Solutions

With a P0340 OBD-II trouble code, diagnosis can be tricky at times. Here are some things to try:

* Visually inspect all the wiring and connectors in the circuit
* Check for continuity in the circuit wiring
* Check the operation (voltage) of the camshaft position sensor
* Replace the camshaft position sensor as required
* Check the crankshaft position circuit as well
* Replace circuit wiring and/or connectors as required
* Diagnose/replace the PCM as required

P0135
Symptoms

You will likely notice poor fuel economy the illumination of the MIL.
Causes

A code P0135 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

* O2 Heater element resistance is high
* Internal short or open in the heater element
* O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
* open or short to ground in the wiring harness

Possible Solutions

* Repair short or open or high resistance in wiring harness or harness connectors
* Replace oxygen sensor (cannot repair open or short that occurs internally to sensor)

P0141
What does that mean?

This code means that the heated circuit in the oxygen sensor on bank 2 decreases time needed to enter closed loop. As the O2 heater reaches operating temperature, the oxygen sensor responds by switching according to oxygen content of the exhaust surrounding it. The ECM tracks how long it takes for the oxygen sensor to begin switching. It the ECM determines (based on coolant
temp) that too much time elapsed before the oxygen sensor began operating properly, it will set P0141. See also: P0135 (Bank 1, Sensor 1).

Symptoms

You will likely notice poor fuel economy the illumination of the Check Engine Light.
Causes

A code P0141 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

* open or short to ground in the wiring harness
* O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
* O2 heater element resistance is high
* Internal short or open in the heater element

Note: Typically a failed catalytic converter does not cause this code. You're more likely to see a P0420 code for a failed converter.
Possible Solutions

* Replace oxygen sensor (cannot repair open or short that occurs internally to sensor)
* Repair short or open or high resistance in wiring harness or harness connectors
